Yes, I become more fidgety in an effort to get her to move away from the spots where I pulled the hide. I simply need to process this idea a bit more and get comfortable with it. In the moment, I was not comfortable with it and it made me anxious watching her attempt to communicate about odor although the source was pulled. I am still in that mode of constantly trying to reward source, since our issue was lack of communication about source. But, yeah, I definitely have issues with patience.
I also think I should have rewarded when she showed interest in the upper left hand corner of the garage. I suspect, due to the hides location, the odor was being pulled outside.
We’ll give it another shot and hopefully I will keep my cool this time. 😉
