Ok, let’s try this; It might be a bit challenging, depending on what gear you brought with you. We can try this on vehicles but it may be easier with a different element. You decide.

What I’d like to see is a BUNCH of hides, paired with good stuff, special stuff. You can use just a few vehicles but place 3-4 hides on each so you have anywhere from 10-12 hides that are paired and easily accessible for Biscuit. This will be on-leash. You will walk Biscuit around the vehicles ONLY stopping if she notices a hide. SO, you will need a moderate pace, not too fast but not too slow. You will try not to crowd her and just follow. She’ll have LOTS of opportunity for rewards and SHE will control how many of those she takes.

Now, IF she goes back to a hide she’s already gotten you will pay her (with more of the good stuff) and pick up the hide so she is encouraged to continue looking for more. If you see this as being an issue, just pick up the hide after she finds it the first time. It’s not about working odor that is converging but about seeking out more hides and reward opportunities and YOU following HER.

As you know, Vehicles are hard to video but if you’ve got help see if you can have them stand back for a wider picture and not super close following behind. It would be good to get a good view of the search area as she is working it but do the best you can. 🙂
